I loved these when I was a child. Now I have kids, but unlike myself, they grow up in a non-English speaking country. These books are great for teaching them the English language.They come color coded: blue for the pre-read stage, green when the child starts reading on his own, and yellow when they are more confident readers.The best thing is, the box is small enough so it doesn't take too much shelf space, and still the text has large fonts and is very comprehensible.I recommend this product.

I bought this set for my girlfriend as part of her Christmas present. She was delighted with it and had not read several of the books in the collection, despite loving some of Dr Seuss' books. Some of the books are definitely better than others, but that's not really the point. This collection is a great way of putting all the books together, it's just a shame the collection isn't more comprehensive. While compiling all of Dr Seuss' work into a single collection would of course be too tall an order, the omission of How the Grinch Stole Christmas means this isn't even all of his most popular works. It is unfortunate but I could still easily recommend this to a fan looking for a tidy set or someone looking to introduce children to Dr Seuss' writing.

Loved these books when I was a kid. Bought them to read with our 2 year old grandaughter, she seems to love them too.
