Propper Men's I.C.E. Short Sleeve Performance Polo Shirt

I've been purchasing 5.11 performance polos for several years now and I've bought dozens of them. But I've grown tired of how fast they start sprouting holes in certain areas like the placket at the very bottom and where the ribbed cuff meets the sleeve lately. They also don't cut their shirts very long so I find myself not tucking them (it's also warm in my office).I stumbled across Propper doing a search for another polo manufacturer with good ratings. I am so glad I found this brand of polos! They are very nice. Now I wish the item description had stated there were mic clips on the shoulders because I probably wouldn't have purchased this particular style. Propper makes several styles of polo shirts: ICE polo, uniform polo, snag free polo, and the classic polo. I didn't notice the 4 different styles at the time, I just ordered the highest rated shirt.Even with the mic clips this shirt is still very sharp looking, tucked in or not. With the 5.11's I'm ordering a 2XL. With the Propper ICE I'm ordering my correct size which is XL. The length is a little longer (yay) so now I can tuck it in or just leave it out. The polyester material gives a very good look (even with the mic clips). I've never seen a shirt with collar stays but boy do I like them. This is a very slick looking shirt. I like the feel. The shirt wears well on me as it has a thickness to it unlike cotton. This is like a uniform shirt. I like the material that breathes in the arm pits to help you stay cool. It's very warm in my office so I always wear my polos untucked. With the Propper shirt I think I'll start tucking again since my torso will be able to breathe better.These shirts arrive loaded with creases from the factory. It takes a bit of effort to iron them out as this is an all poly shirt. But in my military days we wore all poly shirts and we just took a hot iron to them to put in the two creases down the front and 3 down the back. Same works for this shirt. I however use a soaking wet wash cloth, a high setting and 5-10 seconds of a circular motion and it gets the nastiest of creases out.I'm going to try order one each of the other three styles to see which I like best. I like the huge variety of colors they offer. I will be definitely be back for more. You can also check the Propper site if you can't find the style/size/color you're looking for here.

I’ve purchased many items from Propper in the past. I have always been happy with the quality of their items. This polo shirt is no different. I specifically purchased mine for work wear. They also accept screen print or embroidery very nicely as well, which is what I ended up doing with mine. The dual pen slots on the sleeve is a nice handy touch as is the sunglasses clip/holder underneath the last button on the front of the shirt. This shirt is very comfortable to wear, not too thin and not too thick either. They do run a little large on their sizing however I don’t personally mind at all. If you want more of a slim fit I would recommend ordering a size down from what you normally wear. Buy this shirt, you won’t regret it!

Well-made polo… thick and durable, but not too hot. It has a front loop for sunglasses and a shoulder pocket for writing utensils. It has a double collar (the under collar buttons down.)It looks great, is true to size… sleeves longer than most.

I have used this polo shirt as my daily driver since our switch from class B's in late 2019 - early 2020. In the summer they have enough breathability and ventilation (in the armpits) to keep the wearer cool. But have a premium heavy feeling in the winter to insolate you fairly well (as well as a short sleeves shirt can that is).Embroidered this polo looks about as clean and professional as you can get.Sizing! I'm not huge, 6'2" 200lbs, but I fit into a medium with absolutely no issue whatsoever. Most people that I work with will order a size under what their normal would be. It's not and issue it's just good to know.Here's the downside..These shirts tend to snag and pill quite quickly. I pulled a fresh one off the rack and made it into a training class I was holding one night and about 20 minutes in a velcro piece from person's jacket rubbed me and pilled my shirt.On one of the polos a random hole showed up in the middle of my shoulder blades which was free of any damage prior.I own about 7 of these and in 2 years about 3 of them have holes or excessive pilling. For the price and quality I consider these a good investment but given the chance of snagging or finding a random hole my suggestion is always keep a spare handy.

Great shirt. Great quality. It's plenty long enough to stay tucked in for us tall folks.

These are well made, easy to clean and launder and look good. I've wanted just a good shirt that looked nice and would last. I went with for work. It's looks great. I get compliments on it often. The tactical part is just a bonus. Good place to put my glasses and a pen. Worth the money.

Warning, they run large. I usually wear a medium so that's what I ordered, but when it got here it looked like a large, so I had to exchange for a small. Another thing to look out for is the collar, maybe I just have a small neck, which would make sense because I'm a small guy, but the collars are bigger than any other polo style shirt I've ever worn. Maybe because these were designed for military type guys and they usually have larger necks, I don't know. Other than that, it feels great, material looks thick but not in a bad way, I mean usually this material is super thin and feels like you're wearing nothing, but it looks and feels just right if that makes any sense.

These are the best golf shirts I own. They are a heavier fabric, have pen pickets and button down collars. They are sized up as they are meant to fit body armour under. Most shirts I’m normally a 2XL with no armour on, but with these and no armour I’m just an XL. So size down if you are wearing them without body armour or order normal size if you are wearing soft armour under. They do look very professional for the office.

La camisa esta buenísima, cómoda, tela gruesa, se ve de calidad a primera vista, el único detalle es que las tallas vienen Enormes¡! Yo mido 1.75 y peso 90 KG siempre compro X o XL, normalmente con la ropa americana vasta con pedir una talla mas abajo, pero en este caso tuve que pedir una mediana porque la L me quedó enorme e incluso la mediana me quedo algo holgada, por lo demás está excelente.

Das Shirt sieht echt ganz gut aus - vor allem die Stifthalter beim linken Oberarm sind genial! Der Stoff ist relativ dick, aber trotzdem gut belüftet - Funktionsshirt halt.Aber: Man merkt, dass die Polos aus den USA kommen. Denn 6XL (und das habe ich bei jedem anderen Hersteller) ist hier - ohne Witz! - einfach so groß wie 8XL! Ich dachte, ich muss es passend bestellen - nichts da. Das Polo kann ich als Kleid tragen - und das mit 1,90m und 170kg.Aber wenn man die passende Größe bestellt, ist das ein absolut großartiges Polo-Shirt!

Wer sonst Größe S trägt, kann getrost XS nehmen. Die Shirts fallen groß aus.Verarbeitung und Materialauswahl sind hochwertig und funktional durchdacht. Die Mesh-Einsätze unter den Armen sind eine super Sache und sorgen für ein gutes Körperklima.Man sieht stets "angezogen" aus, insb. weil der geknöpfte Kragen eher an ein Oberhemd erinnert als an ein Poloshirt.Insg. sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Good shirt , not really my style after trying it on. Collars big. Good shirt though and i got mine for like 11 bucks. If you were xl get a large. im 210 pounds and 511. and this shirt is still kinda big, good for tucking into your pants, thats the purpose i think. but not soo big that it looks goofy if you dont tuck it in. Good shirt overall.
