Great product that really performs.

Someone recommended I try this for extremely heavy menstrual periods. I still bled quite heavy however it did shorten the length of my menstrual period By 2 days and it lengthened the amount of time off since my last periodwhich are good things. . I was happy that it just ended very abruptly. Usually I spot for several days after it's supposedly ended before it fully ends, so I do think that this worked. I did have to take a lot of it though. What I did was just maybe put about 12 oz of hot water with about 4 oz of the leaves. after I let it steep I sucked it through my teeth using my front teeth as a strainer. I did this because that little thing that I have to strain tea is not big enough for the amount I needed. I do plan to test out the results and measure a little better over the next few cycles of my menstrual.

This product has worked for me. I was soaking a super plus tampon and an overnight pad ever 45 min to an hour. With drinking this herb in tea form along with lady's mantle and some soursop leaves. And ginger (freshly grated) My flow is way lighter cramps easier to deal with and it stops on time it normally would last me about 2 weeks a week of flow and then another week for spotting. This tea has my cycle now to a 7 day tops.. I hope with continued use I can make it even shorter. Yeah for me..

Got this to stop INSANELY heavy menstrual bleeding as I have PCOS. Drank about 3 cups in a day. By the next morning, I was only spotting. Did experience some clotting, but I suppose that's how it works to reduce the bleeding.

I decided to use this after having a period for weeks. I took 1 1/2 teaspoon of the herbs with water for 3 days, and it was gone.

This plus red clover and agrimony make for the best period remedy. After brewing and drinking half a gallon (while resting), I feel like a functioning person again. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
