Unfortunately I had a very negative reaction, similar to another reviewer. I developed a headache over the course of Day 1, and attributed it to cutting my normal coffee with cream. However the headache became excrutiating in the evening and made it very difficult to sleep. It spread down my neck and into the shoulder area. Also after the last smoothie and evening soup I developed extreme nausea. Upon waking Day 2 I still had nausea and a mild headache, it did not subside until mid morning. I understand different people can react differently, so I appreciated the easy return and refund process.Clearly there is some ingredient that caused this effect, so I returned the kit. I will try the cleanse based on the recipes in the book, using my own natural ingredients and see if I have better results.

Didn’t work as great as hoped

I thought the dinner soup was so gross. I ended up skipping dinner.
