I received the kit and I am very pleased with it. I have had an iodine load test done by Hakala Lab in CO and received a 67.6% result. I have been taking the Lugo's drops daily and will probably take the test again in 3 months. Incredible information that I was totally unaware of until I read Dr. Bruce Fife's book "The Coconut Ketogenic Diet". I have shared this information with my oldest daughter who has so many symptoms of iodine deficiency that I couldn't even list them all. She also had the load test done and received a 50.5% result. This is a great way to start your way to managing your health.

Disappointing
I received this kit very quickly. However, I am a bit disappointed in the contents. The book has some good information, but mostly is just full of "clients stories" and referals to other companies for tests, etc. I tried the strips but don't feel confident about whether they were accurate.I think I could have just bought the iodine or iodoral and then looked up all this information myself, without having to pay out $50!

My kit arrived promptly, within two days, and was just as described. Guidelines fromM.D.'s and N.D.'s who've used nutritional iodine for years in their own practices, not only enabled me to understand the process, which I appreciated, but helped me feel confident that my supplementation could be done safely and in the manner most likely to provide the results I am looking for. I see now that iodine supplementation, when done correctly, is not at all complicated, but more involved than I imagined. Not like taking vitamins.Without this information I could have easily purchased the wrong type of iodine or taken the wrong dosage, and would not have known about the importance of detoxifying my system had I simply tried this on my own. The various resources included in the book include links to numerous informative websites, and a nationwide directory of practitioners familiar with all aspects of iodine supplementation, in case I have questions, issues, or special circumstances to look into.Very pleased with my purchase.

This product was shipped on time. I had a minor issue with my dropper ( the rubber was aged and almost cracked on first use) but it was replaced promptly. I am still in the early stage of using this product and will have to return to update.

This is a great starter kit with really good information. I love all the recommended sources to read, the protocol of vitamins (that mirrored what my ND recommended for me). A wealth of information, well presented with lots of additional reading sources provided.

This is a great product. The information is well organized and easy to apply. I’ve been doing extensive research and taking lots of supplements in trying to beat malabsorption and fatigue in my body.
