Great value, works great

I like that it worked. Best part is that the shaft is made of stainless steel. My old fuel tank sender unit was plastic and junk. As you can see from the pic, the plastic one bent and failed. I had no functioning gas gauge. This new one was so easy to install. No issues with lining up the gasket and holes. Only complaint I had was that the screws supplied were fine thread. And the tank accepted standard size threaded screws. I was able to use the old ones. I tested it out and the gauge works. Seems very accurate as well. Great float system. Much better than those bobber type fuel sensors. I would def recommend getting this. I bought the 8” one because my tank is 10” deep. I prefer to know that I have enough fuel in reserve. I would def buy this again. High quality. Price was great and it arrived at my door in less than 24 hrs. Delivered by Amazon. USPS would have taken almost 5 days to deliver. Satisfied customer here. And I never leave reviews. That’s how much I like this product

It made my boat gas gauge work for the first time in five years. Easy install. Seems to be good quality.

Screw lines up and works perfectly just not as good as the original. But good bang for the buck.

Very happy with this purchase. I was replacing an lever arm style sender in my boat but decided to switch to this vertical style. I measured my tank and ordered the correct size according to their chart. The sender comes nicely packaged wrapped in foam. The gasket material is excellent, thick rubber that holds the mounting screws in place while you install it. This is important working in the bottom of your boat because dropping a screw would be a headache. A word of caution, don’t throw away your old mounting screws from your original sender. The ones supplied with my new sender had a finer thread pattern and didn’t fit in my tank. I had to reuse my old screws, but yours may be the same.

This sending unit works better than the OEM as it displays the fuel level almost immediately on a Yamaha LCD gauge. The OEM unit would blink for about 30 seconds until it would finally display the fuel level.Please Note: I had to get new bolts as the ones provided were not the proper thread size.

The gauge is wired correctly. I is missing some of its references it reads 245 Ohm then 180 when I tested it. And same for the top side so from 25-60% is good but without that is very allover the place. Will be returning. I have a replacement coming from the same company hopefully that one is better
