Osprey EuropeMen's UL Dry Stuff Pack 20 Hiking Pack

I have used it much more than I thought I would, and love it! I kept this in the car for trips and when I need a quick day pack (I have the other day packs too that are slightly cheaper but finding this much more functional). The main thing for me was, that isn't clear in the selling point in the advert, is that it has two side pockets for bottles or thermos and I have at least two with me! There is an outside pocket fitting my kindly, phone and other things, and an inside pocket for keys, and all sorts of other stuff. The main compartment is big enough to put in lots and it is a dry bag type of roll top rather than just a zip (like with the cheaper day pack version which also only has one side pocket). This was worth the money for its size and packability. It packs away really small but I keep using it nearly daily at the moment. The quality of this company's products is great. It was expensive but absolutely worth for what I need it for.

I was looking for a lightweight day pack for essentials - this is just the job. Super light but surprisingly comfortable, especially when using the adjustable chest strap.One main compartment with a rolltop closure. One zip pocket on the front. The zip for the pocket is a little stiff because it's small and tapped, but that's they only negative I've found.Knowing it's waterproof is key for me. A great bag.

Well made, strong, and looks like it would be fully waterproof. As it packs into its own pocket it has no structure, so everything falls to the bottom - the photo is presumably just packed with bubble wrap or something. But generally it does just what I want. I reduced the rating because I personally find the roll top closure fiddly, and I wasn’t always sure it was secure - again I expect it would work best if the bag was full

A little disappointed with this one. Top doesn't weatherseal at all well, and the straps tend to bunch up across the shoulders. What's good is it packs really small - can sit in a jacket pocket thought you when you do a bit of unexpected shopping. In dry weather on shorter day walks I'll use it, but otherwise a more sturdy small pack would be better.

Firstly I am a huge fan of osprey products.This bag is so small and compact, easy to carry around in a larger bag. I took this on a recent small trip in Spain and it was perfect for taking around the city in the day to carry a coat, water and a snack or two. It means not having to drag around a bigger rucksack.Also for smaller walks I’ve loved it.Recommend!
