Great fan for the price
Great fan for the price although didn’t find it that easy to install, but it works great and looks really great in our living room

A beginner can do this
Installed this fan by myself in a couple hours, having zero prior experience and no electrical knowledge. The directions aren't the greatest (they're written for ALL their fans so it will say things like "for pull chain do XYZ" but this model doesn't have a chain). There is a small hum noise when the fan is on but it's not bad and honestly just fades into background noise (less annoying than a shaking or clicking).Make your life easier and trim the wires short. I was ready to lose it when the wires wouldn't all fit in the housing. Once I got the wiring figured out it all went together super easily.

Cute light
Works great! Great design and quiet! Love having the remote mounted right by the switch so no more flipping the switch in a dark room then going to the middle of the room to turn on a light. Only complaint is I thought the light would be brighter. Replacing all my fans with this one

Ceiling fans
The fans are quality they work well and cooling down or bringing up the hot air. They don’t make a lot of noise and they have a timer, which is helpful. I bought four of them and I’m happy that I did.

Awful instructions -Parts don’t fit
the box remote does not fit in housing bracket with fan. There are other recent reviews since our purchase of customers that have the same issue. The instructions, video and troubleshooting instructions are horrible and we have spent 4 hours trying to hang this and have gotten no where. We even had our neighbor who is an electrician come over to help with no luck. We are past the return window due to a death in the family and support hasn’t done anything. I do not recommend buying this.
