So far this is only my 3rd time using this sweat shaper but up until now I have no complaints. When I originally got it I thought it was too thin but it’s honestly not a problem because it does the job. And I actually feel like it’s a good thing because it’s not uncomfortable or too heavy when I’m working out. I’m a thick girl and I’m trying to get fit but I’m not quite there yet. So of course I have a lot of stomach rolls and my big ol fupa. I’ve had other similar products but I always hated that they either weren’t big enough to cover my upper and lower rolls (and I’m only 5’1)so I had to pick which rolls to cover or they would just not stay in place and roll up or roll down. But this waist shaper doesn’t do any of that. It stays perfectly in place and covers all the way from my fupa up to my upper back rolls. And of course it makes me sweat like crazy. Definitely recommend it. 👍🏻

The media could not be loaded.  My first day using the sweat shaper so far so good took off the sweat shaper as soon as I completed a one hour and 30 minute high intensity workout I was drenched in every single spot on my body and my clothes. 5'7 190lbs size 12 in jeans/ 15 if they're juniors. I got a large (my regular size in shirts) and I'm pretty sure I could fit a medium. It's comfortable and not restricting like I cant breathe. Stretches so much that I was able to pull it up over my hips (44") like a skirt to put it on. Its lightweight thin material but definitely traps the heat. And when I say thin it can definitely hide under clothes COMPLETELY.

If you’re using it right you will definitely sweat a lot

I had an awful time trying to workout with this shaper on. It had such good reviews saying it was great to work out it. IT WAS NOT! I bought it loving that it was a thin material. That stayed put. Boy was I wrong! Within 5 minutes of my workout it started slipping down. By the time I got on a treadmill to run, it had completely folded over. There was absolutely no point! It was so stressful... I had to keep stopping to fix it, just so it would slide down again.

5’7 158 pounds I bought a large but it’s a little loose wore it for 1 day and I was sweating so it works good! I’m just going to order a med.

It's pretty comfortable just doesn't make me sweat as much as I thought when I do exercises. It's more like to flatten your tummy to wear a tight dress type of thing.

Love this! Very comfortable, stays in place during my workouts, and makes me sweat! I plan to order another in a smaller size as I am losing weight!

The item really works the first time wearing It i noticed that Ive never sweated so much! Sweat was pouring out when I was removing it!! I’m a size 8-9 pants and I got a medium and it fits perfectly I wanted it smaller just in case if it would get looser when I’ll be sweating but NO it stays in place and it works! I’m so going to be buying a size small to continue my weight loss journey!!

Exactly what I was looking for! Really makes you sweat & a perfect addition to my gym routine.

Size up as the bands aren't very stretchy and its a struggle to get on and off.

The best i do sweat like hell. It is like i am working out into sauna. Great product. I am happy for my money. Worth every penny
