Does it's job well.

They are expensive filters but worth it as they keep my cats water very clean.At the moment they are lasting about a month and can be wash with hot water.

I bought the pet water fountain, I couldn’t put a bowl down as my dog liked to play in the bowl and scatter the water everywhere! The fountain has a very shallow bowl at the top that my dog can lap from. This is continuously filled by the fountain. The filters are easy to fit and the fountain easy to clean

Works well

My cat's water fountain needs those filters so there is little choice for me. But I think the price is ok and I don't really see any issues or reasons to complain about them.

Purchased filters from another brand as these were out of stock at the time. The other brand only had 2 layers, was much thinner, and was delivered vacuum sealed so took a while to fluff back up. My cat barely touched her water at all. Switched back to these and she's now back to her normal, happy drinking habits. I will always make sure to use these moving forward and order extras in case they go out of stock again.

Our cats ( we have 8!) used the water fountain regularly when we first got it. Then we ran out of the "blue" filters so bought these instead. The cats all stopped using the fountain over a short period of time. We clean the fountain properly every couple of days and take the pump apart once every 2 weeks to give that a proper clean. Despite this the cats wouldn't go near the fountain. Managed to get some of the original blue versions and they are now using it again.
