I bought this for my 88 yr old mother who ...
I bought this for my 88 yr old mother who has heart issues and gets dialysis. She used to have mood swings and break into tears at a drop of a hat. As her main caregiver, it was very difficult for me to deal with. She has been taking ashwangandha for a couple of months and she no longer has the mood swings and seems to take everything in stride. It has reduced her stress as well as all of us around her. Thank you.

I learned about the benefits of Ashwagandha years ago and would take it on and off, but it wasn't until recently that I started to consistently take it along with my other supplements and I am so happy I did. Highest Potency Ashwagandha is a terrific product, the packaging is awesome and label directions are clear and easy to understand. I love that I can feel an increase in my body temperature after taking Ashwagandha, which allows me to know the product is working and it is of the best quality. Nice energizing supplement for me, no side effect
Ordered this after reading up on Ayurveda, apparently strengthens immune system and helps balance vata/kapha. Had a string of colds so thought I'd give it a try. After a week or so feeling energized and absolutely no side effects.Seems a good product, capsules small and easy to swallow, a light herbal scent which does not bother.Too short time taking them to tell about long-term effects but absolutely no cons up to now and feeling really good!
