The Dictionary of Demons: Expanded & Revised: Names of the Damned

A Demonology Dictionary for the next 10 years.
I have always been deeply impressed with the amazing amount of experience and expert knowledge Michelle Belanger puts onto all of her books. Be it a book of fiction or Non-fiction. (In my own option), This new 10th Anniversary Edition of the Dictionary of Demons is, by far, the most impressive book that Michelle Belanger has given us to date. And I have to say, I am very impressed with ALL of Michelle Belanger’s books. With regards to The 10th Anniversary Edition of the Dictionary of Demons, Michelle has clearly taken her time to review, alter and add new information to help clarify any confusion from the first Edition of Dictionary of Demons, that (over the years), became more out of date as time moved on. Michelle addresses this and rightly so. I also agree and respect Michelle’s approach to supporting the BLM movement by addressing the term “black”, that is used in negative ways. (That people may not have been aware of): Until Now! And I, for one, am glad to see Michelle Belanger challenge the readers opinion in this matter. Michelle Belanger is no Shrinking Violet when it comes to Advocating Human Rights/Rites! Michelle is known within her communities be a Lionhearted, Outstanding and Outspoken Maverick in her own way, to support and bring about positive changes that some would find “uncomfortable” issues, but relevant issues, to all of society. Michelle has not overwhelmed the reader in her challenge to re-think what the word “black” has (up until now) had hidden-meanings, to imply. She has left the reader to do that in their own way. Without this level of honesty, (I believe), there would have been an unimaginable disrespect shown towards ALL people, and the “pre-conceived” misinformation that’s been poisoning people’s points of view, of the use of the word “black, for much too long. BLACK, is not negatively aimed or about, just Skin Tone or People! Michelle addresses this as best she can for the first time in any literature I have read that is about Demonology. It’s a step in the right direction for all of us. In review; The 10th Anniversary Edition of the Dictionary of Demons, is a Dictionary that is as inclusive as it can be (given that it is only 1 book!). The best part; The World now has a Great Research Dictionary to start any (respectful) studies of Demonology. This books is a MUST for anyone interested in studying Ghost Investigations/Witchcraft/Wicca/Paganism/Alt. Spiritualities etc etc. Or, just as a great book to debunk the facts from the fiction when it comes to Demonology. I HIGHY RECOMMEND This Book.

Offers detailed descriptions
This book is an extensive list of demons. There's not much literature about demonic entities except Christian biased information. However the knowledge shared in this book can help you determine how or if you want to work with these entities.

Good thick book but…..
The media could not be loaded. I Just got my book it seems like it’s going to be a good read and I’m excited to read it. Unfortunately it was damaged when I received it tho so I’m quite frustrated buy this as I’m very picky about my books being in good shape and this really has me mad. It’s thick and will definitely be something that will take some time to read.

I listened to this book on the Audible app, I was unable to make it all the way through until all the colors tried to get my attention. They have my attention now. I recommend this book.

The Dictionary of Demons
The Dictionary of Demons is very nice. Its thicker than what I thought. Pages are bright white while the ink is kind of a dark gray making it kind of hard to read. The paper is blinding in your eyes but the ink is dim to read making it just like a flashlight in your face. A good go to book to learn about Ancient demons. To do every single demon in the book Justice you would have to have like four volumes of this dictionary so they just give you a little sample on each demon and you probably have to go to Google and do the rest of your research from there all in all it's a good book definitely worth the money.
