I bought it for a gift. I was very pleased with it. The shipping fee was high though.

This custom puzzle is such a wonderful way to gift a loved one or friend! The customer service was very helpful and stayed in constant communication when the delivery date showed later than I needed it (needed for Xmas and date changed to January 3 delivery) and they managed to have this arrive before Xmas and before the date shown it’d be delivered which saved my Christmas! They were willing to help me and refund if it didn’t arrive when I needed it but thankfully it arrived before Christmas!They thought of all the little details to make this even more special and customized. The front of the box has the picture you chose for the puzzle on it, when you open the box include a photo of the puzzle image printed on 8x10 photo paper for you to use as a reference, each puzzle peace has letters on the back stamped in black to help you know which pieces are supposed to go together, the puzzle pieces are made out of wood and not flimsy but do get stuck together if you put them on the wrong piece and needs a little effort to remove them from one another, the picture quality isn’t perfect but the photo I chose wasn’t the best quality and has some dark shadows and over exposed areas but even then the quality of the puzzle images are wonderful. I SUGGEST YOU CHOSE A PICTURE THAT IS GREAT QUALITY, CRISP AND CLEAR or use a professional photo to get the best quality for you puzzle image.For the price, quality, customer service and details included this has exceeded my expectations and a great buy! I highly recommend it. I only removed one star due to the delivery issue and because some of the wood pieces you have to push in place hard but other than those issues this is amazing!!

Family enjoyed getting these as gifts

This puzzle was a bust. I opened it months after it arrived because I was working on another puzzle and found that it hadn't been cut properly. Big sections of the puzzle were together and I couldn't take them apart without breaking the tabs. Many of those pieces that weren't stuck to other pieces were already broken. Because I waited so long to open the box, I cannot return the item and had to write to the seller who is unresponsive. The puzzle was made in China and the seller is also based in China. Don't expect I'll be getting my money back. Save yourself the hassle and spend marginally more to buy from a reputable local vendor.

Good quality. True to the photograph uploaded. The grays turned kind of blue but that may be from printer ink. Overall I was pleased. Shipping took a long time.

Puzzle picture was good quality compared to photo submitted. It didn't take as long as I expected to receive the puzzle.

Pieces are ALL the same shape! The entire puzzle is bigger than it says, so it doesn’t fit in the expected frame. Great idea, poor execution.
