Best ground flax seeds
I buy a lot of flax seeds because I use it to make bread twice a week since I've been on the paleo-keto diet. I don't have a grinder, so having the flax seeds be really finely milled is important to me. Manitoba ground flax seeds is the finest milled product I have come across yet. The flax is powdery and fluffy and has a wonderful nutty taste. Here I've compared two other brands I had on hand, Carrington farms (from Costco), and the Bob's Red Mill. While the other two will need to be run through the blender before they'll be usable for PK bread, Manitoba doesn't. I'm really pleasantly surprised with the quality of the grind and the taste. The only down side is the price. It is more expensive than the Costco bag, which was double the size for half the price. This size bag will make one loaf and part of another loaf of pk bread if anyone is looking to use it for that purpose.

I got what I paid for
This is truly a powdery product, so just be aware. The good news is that the flavor and texture are easily blended into whatever product is selected as the transport vehicle. :) I use yogurt and granola, sometimes with a little honey. I've also used fruit juices and cereals with coconut milk. I find I am able to blend in the flax powder very easily, no matter the blending agent. There are varieties that finely slice the flax seeds, like the more expensive Chia seed products do, and the flavor is more pronounced there; the product is also better absorbed in our human digestive process. But for the price and ease of use with this product, I'm very pleased and will buy it again.

Perfect for Seed Cycling
I purchased these for my seed cycling journey, and I am thoroughly impressed. The packaging is both sturdy and resealable, ensuring freshness. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to incorporate seed cycling into their wellness regimen.

MUCH better than any flax "meal" I've tried.
I have been grain free for over 3 years, and I have been experimenting with bread alternatives for almost that long. Lately I found a recipe that called for "finely ground flax meal", but nothing I could find or grind seemed to be good enough. I took a chance & bought a bag of this and it worked out GREAT!My current recipe for grain free hamburger buns - amounts are for one bun, but easy to scale up.Sift together: 1/4c cassava flour, 1Tbsp flax powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp salt.Blend together: 1 large egg, 1Tbsp avocado oil, 1Tbsp honey, 1Tbsp warm water.Add sifted mixture to blender & blend on (the batter setting if you have a Blendtec, otherwise I would say pulse on low until well incorporated.) Pour into hamburger bun pan (or I use a "muffin top pan" from Chicago Metallic)Bake at 350F for 23ish minutes. It comes out dark, almost like rye bread, but it's pretty darn good. The original recipe I found, while I appreciate the inspiration it gave me, just... wasn't. Applesauce might have less fat, but it also has less flavor LOL

Bag will not seal
Good product, but the bag will not seal at all. Had to put it into a different container. Will not be purchasing again for that reason.
