Within about three days, I was feeling better, and now I am completely free of the effects of IBD.Last week I had a colonoscopy and my Doctor found no trace of the disease, and I told him I tried a new probiotic. I will re-order this product again. I take two tablets in the morning, every day.Thank you Ohpana Naturals,I want to add that I suffered with Ulcerative Colitis for most of my adult life, and I was taking various drugs such as Prednisone, Sulfa drugs, and Mesalamine enemas. At times the blood, mucus and constant diarrhea was debilitating. I am now 68 years old, and I was prompted to try your product because similar IBD symptoms began to appear again. Most of the symptoms disappeared after only a few days, and now there are no symptoms. Once again, I thank you for manufacturing a natural product that is beneficial to my health.

Only one probiotic bacterium species (Bacillus coagulans) with many nasty ingredients (many of them common to ALL enteric aka plastic coated pills). The FOS (fructooligosaccharide) can be found easily in large amounts in sunchokes (Jerusalem artichoke), chicory, and likely several other foods. Luckily I paid less than a dollar for this product, and there are many higher quality probiotic supplements out there.

Did not like as well as other probotics that I have taken. Would rather take one that requires you to take with meals rather than on an empty stomach.

Great product! I have used lots of probiotics in the past and after only 2 days of taking the Ophana Naturals I can already tell a difference!!

This is a high quality probiotic, and it doesn't make your breath stink. Also didn't get any gas or bloating type of discomfort. I am well aware of the placebo effect that many people fall for with many probiotics, so every time I try a new one, I jot down any symptoms it causes, and how effective it is after 6-8 weeks of use.I highly recommend this product to anyone that has mild-moderate gastrointestinal issues related to 'bad' bacterial overgrowth. For those with severe cases, like IBS or even SIBO (Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth), you will need a probiotic with a much higher active culture count (as well as a licensed Gasteroenterologist that will most likely prescribe you a heavy regiment of antibiotics for 1-2 weeks prior to starting probiotic treatment).Also, eating/drinking anything that gets broken down as simple sugars (like alcohol), antacids, NSAIDs and certain other medications are completely counterproductive to probiotic treatment. Probiotics are not some magical cure-all that will allow you to eat junk food again. Diet is extremely important. Even chewing your food thoroughly is absolutely vital to a healthy gut. Digestion starts in the mouth! Hope this helps.

Can tell if this product is working yet.

Finished bottle but can't really say anything good or bad. I was already taking a high quality probiotic when I got this and didn't notice any difference with this product. I have to agree with the other comment below, the website dies look cheesy.

Best probiotic I have ever tried. I have tried many. I took them, as directed, & after 2 weeks or less noticed a major difference in my gut health & especially my skin. My stomach no longer gurgles after a large meal & I digest food WAY more effortlessly. My skin is smoother, tighter & more youthful. This is some powerful stuff. Worth every penny. As their website states, give it a few weeks to do its' job. Results may not be immediate, but they are worth the wait.
