In 5 months pump stop working difficult to clean. Don't know were to get another pump

Just Stopped working few months. Very messy and difficult to clean out the pump area

Déçue !! Je m’en faisais une joie (une pour moi et une pour une amie) et surprise !!!!!!!!!! La prise n’est pas aux normes françaises ou européennes :((((Je pense que c’est canadien, d'où le français sur la notice, mais ça n’est absolument pas noté sur le descriptif de l’article. Je vais devoir acheter deux adaptateurs pour la France à ajouter à plus de 70€ pour les deux fontaines ! Merci beaucoup !!!! Un geste commerciale serait de rigueur.

Der Brunnen ist im Verhältnis zu anderen Zimmerbrunnen sehr laut. Der Wasserstrahl ist schon auf der niedrigsten Stufe zu stark für meine sensiblen Katzen. Der Brunnen ist nur was für robuste Tiere, denen es nichts ausmacht sich beim Trinken selbst nass zu spritzen.

I wasn't too impressed with this fountain when I first bought it, as it looks like a toilet, you have to be careful to keep it topped up, it smells very plastic when you take it out of the packaging, and it can be noisy.The thing is though, that I have tried many of the prettier and fancier fountains, and they have all broken down after only a few months. This fountain ran for a year, then became my back-up fountain for every time the other models broke. It's still going. The cats find it easy to drink from. It holds enough water to leave running for a couple of days at a time without having to top it up (so can be left going if I go away for the weekend). I have long since solved the noise problem (put it on a rubber feeding mat, and every so often pick it up to stop the sound. The leakage problem is easily solved by turning down the power of the fountain, and rotating the fountain so that the cats lean over the bowl to drink from the spout (with spilt water running into the bowl) rather than standing on the side closest to the fountain and diverting half the water onto the floor when they drink.I have never had to change the motor. The charcoal filter has survived multiple cleans and is still in good condition. Even with frequent trips to the shed when I've replaced it with a prettier (short lasting) model, this fountain has kept on going. The motor is still working at full capacity, despite 4 years of wear with 3 thirsty (and very hairy) cats.I am now re-buying this fountain, not because there's anything wrong with the existing one (it's still going strong), rather because it's looking a bit tatty now, and probably needs a fresh filter as well.

Nunmehr wo mir der Artikel vorliegt, engl. Netzstecker. Kein Adapter beigefügt. Sollte man beilegen um unnötigen Unmut bei den Käufern vermeiden. Testen konnte ich den Brunnen daher noch nicht, bin maßlos enttäuscht.
