>>> DOES THE JOB --- and more
> These are great as drawer and cabinet bumpers --- mostly used to eliminate "bangs" when drawers or cabinets are shut. Larger sizes are great for doors.> The bumpers are fairly good under lamps, knick-knacks, etc. for protecting table, desk, etc. surfaces from scratches, especially for making things non-slip, but in my experience, may leave marks (and possibly damage varnished wood surfaces -- by concentrating pressure on smaller areas, and possibly trapping moisture). So, for this purpose, I prefer felty bumpers.> The main thing I use these for is raising buttons---on my alarm clock, on my electric toothbrush, on my mp3 player, on my TV remote controllers, etc.---so that I can find the right button by touch. Just today, I installed a bumper on my headphones, so that I can tell which is the right headphone by touch. One of the great things about these bumpers is that they are transparent---you can read the identification through them (particularly important on TV remotes).> Since I'm a touch-typist, I use the bumpers for keys just off the "home row" (such as tabs, caplock, (left) shift, [, ", (right) shift, also ` and =). Otherwise, I use them on keyboard keys which are often pressed by accident, such as "insert" or "num lock". Probably slightly larger flatter bumpers would be better for this purpose.> Caution --- These are NOT sliders --- they don't reduce friction, instead, they do the opposite --- they make things slip resistant.> INSTALLATION --- It is important to clean any surface that you want to apply the bumpers to. The last step in cleaning should be wiping the surface with alcohol and drying at least twice to remove any oil. Press the bumper hard in place for several seconds. It is a good idea to wash your hands first. Strongly avoid touching the adhesive surface of the bumpers. Large tweezers can be helpful when applying some of the smallest bumpers. If the surface is not clean, or you transfer skin oils from your fingertips to the adhesive surface of the bumpers, the bumpers will not stick well.> NOT dishwasher safe. If you put them (stuck to the bottom of a glass or ceramic item) through a dishwasher, they will fall off.> CAUTION: These are tiny. You probably want larger bumpers for most uses. Unless you are absolutely certain that you want 6mm bumpers (which, in use, look about 5mm in diameter), I recommend purchasing a variety pack, with a variety of shapes and sizes of bumpers.

Great for Their Purpose
Bought these to "quiet" the house when we had a baby on the way. Attached them to door jambs, cabinets, drawers, things we didn't want to "bang" around. Work as intended. Would likely get a size smaller if we had to do it again, and do wish the adhesive was just a tad stronger. Nothing has fallen off, yet, and hope that remains the case. There's so many on a sheet that replacing one that's fallen won't be a big deal. If I were using these as feet on the bottom of an item, I'd probably want something with a bit more adhesion, or remove the adhesive and use epoxy or other adhesive. Just to be safe.

Stoped cell phone from slipping!
A few months age I purchased a cell phone case for my wife from Amazon and experienced a more than usual amount of the cell phone slipping off just about everything she placed the cell phone! I thought long and hard how I could put a rubberized surface on the back of the phone! Subsequently, I found on Amazon 100 of these rubber adhesive cabinet door bumpers that neatly adhere to the back of her cell phone! I only used 6 rubber feet strategically placed on the back and to my wife’s surprise her cell phone stays within reason almost everywhere she has needed to put it! Yes! It was my idea but Amazon had what I wanted and it definitely looks good and works!

Make great “legs” for USB external hard drives
I bought these to use as spacers/feet on some external USB hard drives. I also used two of them to go on my keyboard to “flag” the F and J keys so I can feel them while typing, to ensure my fingers are in the right place while touch-typing.

No more bumps
These are just perfect for keeping my kitchen cabinet doors from bumping into the wall and the range hood. I can’t believe I went so long without something like this to protect areas in my kitchen.

They aren’t kidding when they say tiny
I bought for my cabinets but these are so small I ended up not even using them. These are no good for cabinet or cabinet drawer sized needs
