Keep in mind that this product has a 12 month warranty, because you might need to use it. Mine started being "temperamental" after 2 months and in the third month I have to jiggle, jostle or otherwise coerce the plug into working. Occasionally, they just won't work at all.Too bad. They look VERY durable with the braided cord. I thought the collar at the point where the cord enters the plugs on either end looked pretty sturdy. Six feet is a good length in several situations.

Both cables came in the mail with the USB plastic covers loose. Also, if you have a case on your phone, you will have difficulties to get your phone to charge as the cable tip is SHORT.

We have dark woodwork in our kitchen and our cords were always disappearing and nobody claimed responsibility. Here is my cure, long cords that are camouflaged in my kitchen where they belong. Thankfully I was able to find them at a great price in a pack of 2. Mom win!

Cord worked great for a few months. Apple has now changed so that you are unable to use any charging device that does not come directly from Apple. You may get the cord to work "somewhat" but will not consistently work. This is Extremely frustrating that Apple is allowed to block, with their software, the use of devices not specifically manufactured by Apple. Seems to me that this should be considered as Apple monopolizing the market on charging cables!

Both cables stopped working as of today. One remained in my office plugged into the wall, never coiled up, rolled over with a chair, or abused. Now the iphone-end receiver fails to connect. The other cable, which lived in my car attached to the stereo, at the same time failed to connect unless I bend the cable at a 90 degree angle. The issue cannot be the phone because my decaying iPhone original cord still works despite being frayed and torn. Save your money.

I purchased 4 of these and none worked. I would get an error saying this was not a certified accessory so it would work for a minute and then stop and then work again. Too touchy for me. I returned the items, waiting on my money back.

I liked them, worked well at first but one is dead. It still looks great though I can't trust that the other won't stop working.

In total I have had eight of these chargers. They look great and appear to be durable but for some reason, somewhere between 6 months to a year they all stop working. Some have appeared to have a short in the connector, and others just stop producing any kind of charge at all. Very disappointing.
