This item arrived safe and well packaged.This is a very impressive milk frother. Just throw in any milk, press the button, and voila, the perfect frothed milk. This has a little whisk (and a spare too!), so will work the milk up into a delicious lather. It can whisk milk into 2 different very frothy and foamy settings, whether you prefer firmer or lighter whipped milk. It also heats up the milk to the perfect temperature to add to coffee.The jug is totally removable from the base, so unlike smaller models, this is far easier to use. Especially when you're trying to pour a delicious coffee such as a latte etc.I am not sure if this was designed to be used in this way, but when my boy saw this he asked if it made hot chocolate inside... so we tried. And it does!! Just add the milk and the cocoa powder, press the button, and BAM! You've got a super velvety hot chocolate that is perfect for drinking immediately! We are going to experiment with different amounts of milk/cocoa and the different settings. But that's an overdoes of chocolate, so it will be a little while before we make it totally perfect. But it's an incredible starting point so far.I highly recommend this product.

i would like to say i only got this is i like hot chocolate a lot and placing a cup in microwave was just not cutting it so was told about these milk frother. this was really easy to use one button and starts up i was also worried about it over flowing and it has not once over flowed and this perfectly sits out of the way and looks very modern and works very fast. i was worried about cleaning however as you are able to remove the top easy its very easy and fast to clean out.

Make it easy for us to make milk for coffee and hot chocolates.The froth comes out a bit thickesh, so I use the normal mixer settingFrother is more suitable for lattes or flat whites as it gives a foaming milk.It takes a few minutes for the frothy milk to be ready.The device is easy to clean.Cons,Can take upto one large mug but dont feel like taking a star off for it as its just the size of the thing.You can make milk for 2 cups still.

Amazing frother very easy to use and gives great results! I used different milks and results where just as good each time. Makes cold and hot froth perfectly.Made me feel like the coffee was shop bought, definitely what I needed right now.I’m yet to try hot chocolate. But would recommend this frother. Easy to use and clean and loved the fact it’s big enough to make more than 1 coffee in one go, unlike a lot of others on the market. Depending on how big you like your coffee, I can get 3 out of it.Very easy to clean so makes using it that much better.

I love my coffe and this frother is fantastic to make proper coffee at home that is like the coffee you get in the coffee shop!It holds plenty of milk for a super latte or cappuccino. It blends really well and it's really warm when it's completed its job!It's also super easy to clean with it being stainless steel.

I cannot tell you how good this product is. I’ve tried other milk frothers before and I can honestly say this is far superior. Not only does it froth and heat enough milk for two large cups, but it heats it to a good temperature, not just lukewarm like various other frothers I’ve had previously. Cleaning is a dream with a smooth metal jug that doesn’t have any annoying little bits that are difficult to clean. No burnt milk on the bottom either; just a quick rinse and it’s ready to go again. The price is very reasonable too. I shopped around before committing to buying this one as I’d had other brands before that were very disappointing, or that didn’t last more than a few weeks: this one is perfect and I’m enjoying the perfect frothy coffee every day.

This has replaced the milk frother in my existing coffee machine, it is a million times better and easier to clean. You just rince it down after use and you are done. It has some magic magnetic system meaning there are no difficult parts to clean. The bonus prize however was when we relaized it can make the frothiest smoothest Hot Choclate! I am buying another one as a present for my Sister who is a Hot Choclate and coffee addict!

I really love it.. first when I used it I didn’t put frother correctly inside... there was black plastic thing down and circle above but when I saw the picture in the menu.. I put the frother correctly and after From that time.. I forgot going to starbucks .. I am really enjoying frothed coffee like cappuccino made by this machine..This machine has fulfilled all my requirements relating to heating milk, making chocolate milk for children and coffee for myself.
