Pros:The item came well packaged and safely wrapped. It took my about 20 minutes to set it up with a power screwdriver. My 1 and 4 year old boys absolutely love this thing. The pieces are sturdy except for the steering wheel, it broke right away but the sounds are annoying so I did not mind! They play with this every day and have been using it for hours. I am happy to keep them away from screens and this definitely helps my one year old's motor skills.Cons:It was confusing at first to get the instructions! I had to figure out that you had to scan the qr code on the box but everything was written in Chinese so that took me a minute to figure it out.The packaging was sturdy but very messy, I had to vacuum the house afterwards and look for any fine pieces of Styrofoam. The phone also kept falling off the hook until I realize that you had to push a tab up to keep it afloat.Overall I am very happy with this purchase, I highly recommend it!

Best Money every Spent! Keeps my four boys occupied all day! Does not come with instructions, I heard there was a video on YouTube or something, I didn’t watch it and it only took me 15-20 minutes to put it together by myself. I took a drill bit, drill and thirty party screws to secure the steering wheel because the suctions cups won’t keep it on. I’m not a single percent mad at this purchase!

This thing is awesome. It was definitely the favorite of all the birthday presents. I’m not sure why some people have trouble putting it together. My husband had it together in about 20 minutes. It is definitely entertaining our 1yr old. Her 2yr old cousin also loved it. The one thing I will say that I don’t like is the outlet on it. Although it’s fake, I don’t want to encourage playing with outlets so I may take that piece off. I highly recommend!

Steering wheel does not stay on, but it has provided my 20 month old AND my 8 month old with hours of fun!

My 16 month old girl loves this thing. There is so much to do on it. It takes a little time to assemble, but it’s totally worth it.

This company may be dumb. I would like to know their excuse for screwing in all 30+ pieces of this box but they can't put in the last 6!? Instead they make me do it, without any instructions. They gave me a bag of random screws and I have to guess which ones go where. The phone falls off the hook until I popped out the little piece in the inside to actually make it stay on. The audacity and stupidity of this company. They really could cut all this wood, screw on all these pieces, but couldn't put some keys through a loop. Took me an hour to do it all myself. They used foam packing so there are little balls of foam stuck everywhere. The steering wheel doesn't glue on, it is a suction cup which is interesting cuz now my kids can pop it off and run off with it, forever being lost. I wish they would have told me about this in advance, like "hey, we did most of the screwing and we got tired so we left the rest for you to do. Here you go, have fun, oh also no instructions because we were also to lazy to do that, but we will take a chunk of your money for the work we did do. Seriously, the audacity of this company. The only reason I gave any stars at all is because after I put it all together, the kids love it and the quality of materials seems long lasting.

Overview:The kids (1y 6m and 3y) love it and that's all that really matters. I've had it for about a month and they use it EVERY SINGLE DAY. Not to hype it up, they use their hundreds of other toys too, but whenever I'm home, i see them use this for quite some time.PROS:It was easy assembly. People that complain about it being difficult have probably never put anything together their entire lives. If you have ikea furniture and have put that together, this should be a breeze. The structure sturdiness is good but the individual toys I'll save for the cons. I personally chose to not equip the caster wheels, as i didn't want the kids using it as a battle ram. This is the best bang for the buck. I see busy boards running for around $40, but this thing has the surface area of 6 busy boards, so with that math this is a bargain.CONS:Their is no paper instructions. Their is a video that is on here on Amazon when you scroll through the photos. Some of the designs of the individual toys suck @$$. As other reviews have said, the orange phone does not stay put. The steering wheel stayed on for about 5 minutes. But that's ok since they use it as a separate toy i guess. The xylophone sticks should have had strings to attach it to the roof because they're lost now. They horn was extremely loud. The video instructed to add tissue paper in it to make it quieter, but it didn't explain how. I thought you stuff paper down the opening but after the paper getting stuck in there i tried taking it apart and found out the bulb comes off. Put the paper in there instead. ***Also as a pro tip i suggest installing the horn upside-down so that the children don't stuff any extra items in there like snacks or other toys.Summary:Sure theirs a few cons but my kids love this thing and that makes it worth it.
