This treat is runnier than others I’ve tried of this type, but my cat doesn’t seem to mind that at all. She loves the taste! I love that this treat is lower in phosphorus. It’s more expensive than other brands, though. There is a discrepancy between the product as described on the product page and what I actually received. I only received 24 of the .5 oz treats instead of the 48 I was expecting. This product is not returnable, but the customer service rep gave me a refund on it and said they would check with the manufacturer to resolve the discrepancy. A great product and great customer service, too!

I use these as occasional treats for my cats, and a great way to sneak medicine. They're a bit pricier than other options, but I love their clean ingredients. Unlike some brands, they have a meat-like consistency instead of looking like artificial paste. Sometimes they come out watery, like a separation of water and the paste, but a quick knead of the package before opening should work. My cats are obsessed with these. I have to be careful not to leave them unattended or else my cats would eagerly chew the whole thing up

My cat was having health issues and not eating and drinking enough. A friend recommended these pureed packages of chicken to enhance her diet and add fluids. My cat loved all the flavors and can barely wait for me to open the package before she starts gnawing on the the end of it. You can easily tear off the top with your hands and just squeeze out the contents either by itself or put on top of their regular food or mix it in with their food. If your cat needs even more fluids you can squeeze out the contents into a bowl, add a little water, stir and serve. If your cat is reluctant to eat it, you can also heat it up gently in the microwave for a few seconds to enhance the yummy smell. Make sure you test the temperature before giving it to your cat. I took one star off because I think the product is too expensive for what you get. I paid $9.00 for 10 packages of "food", so each package is about $1.00 and each one only contains about one tablespoon of pureed goop. Compare that price to a 5.5oz can of Friskies which costs about .80¢. This delicious product is great for a cat with health problems who won't eat or drink or maybe as an occasional treat, but it's too expensive to use on a regular basis.

I was hoping it would be in bigger packages. I bought some at the pet store in bigger packages and my cat likes eating it.

Cats aren’t crazy about them like others I’ve tried. They’re also extremely runny and drippy so you can’t feed them out of the package as well as it gets everywhere. I suppose it would be a wonderful thing for cats that have problems eating but as a treat for cats, I’d rather not have to put something in a dish for them to eat but be able to hand a “treat” to them or let them lick it from the package. Plus side is the ingredients are healthy.

When our cat was in hospice care she had a hard time eating so we did lockable treats and she loved these.
