This stuff works incredibly well. I've only needed one pill and helps clear me out VERY WELL! I take it in the afternoon and by morning I'm READY to go like clockwork. If I've been really backed up or constipated I'll have to go a few times in the morning a little inconvenient but the empty feeling I get is worth it! And yes you'll feel some weird things going on in your stomach while it's doing its thing, that's what it's supposed to do. LOL! All the complaints about stomach cramps and having to go way too much....THAT'S ITS JOB! It's a damn cleanse! Lol! BUT, if you want to have that "empty" cleared out feeling and are okay with what comes with that then THIS IS FOR YOU! Just know if you are pretty backed up this will not be instant and will take some time to take effect and break down all that **** you have stuck inside you. My wife and I will definitely be keeping this on hand.

Ok, so hear me out. I have to frequently prepare for colonoscopies and I HATE the bowel prep instructions the Dr gives me. But it’s ok because I’m a nurse and I’m allowed to make my own rules.So. I had a colonoscopy today, Thursday, which means I had to start prepping yesterday, Wednesday, by being in a clear liquid diet and starting my gallon of Miralax by 2pm.But, what I did in addition was this cleanse. I took 1 Monday morning and 1 Monday evening. Fantastic results! Took 2 Tuesday morning, 2 Tuesday evening, AMAZING RESULTS. 1 Wednesday morning....started bowel prep at 2. I was clear by 5pm and only had to drink 2 cups of Miralax.CLEAR BY 5 PM!!! Y’all, you need to do this! This was amazing. Instead of being tortured for a full day with a raw behind, I was able to enjoy my evening and not feel too awful going into my procedure.

I use this product before going to sleep when I woke up, went straight to the bathroom. I have to go 3x that moment. everything went out and boy I tell you I felt that I just gave birth to a 10 lbs baby. I felt light afterwards. After a week I went down to one pill a day. After this bottle , I will stop as I read before that it is not good to use it continuously. I will probably do it once a year to cleanse my body. No photos its gross, so keep things in your imagination. Good during holidays when you need to take it all out.
