Balancing on a bosu style balancer only requires foot ankle control. Balancing on this encourages the use of knees and hips acting together and is a great way to work onthose areas. This allows the user to also experiment with twist albeit cautiously.

This is an excellent way to maintain core strength. Your legs will get an excellent workout and most importantly you will increase your balance. Make sure you put something (like a mat) underneath as it will slide on a not textured surface.

Very sturdy item. Bought for my 6 year old son to practice kung fu forms. The foot pads are texturized for grip. The unit is solid but not too heavy for him to carry around the house. Now everyone that visits tries it out. Even my 3 year old enjoys trying to balance.

arrived in damaged box, 3 of the 4 corners where the screws where the screws were, were cracked. it felt very light weight and plastic. was disappointed, it looks very similar to the one my trainer has, but his is very solid and sturdy.

Love this! It has helped me to gain core balance and I think more strength in my legs too. Everyone that comes over gets hooked on it and wants one! Fun and beneficial! It is amazing how when I am away for awhile that I loose my center of gravity but only have to work with it a few minutes to regain it :)

Excellent product. Really good for balacing some of those unused muscles.

Because the pivot point is slippery plastic it make it difficult to balance on and easyu to slide off the board. It also aggravated my plantar fasciitis.

It is so much fun!
