So this is the first time that I have purchased Bakhoor. My neighbour who is an Arab, gave me a piece of Bakhoor from Yemen. I liked the scent and came to Amazon to see what was available. I took a chance and bought a 3 pack of Nabeel Formerly Touch Me Bakhoor. They are small square boxes and have the Bakhoor inside which you can crumble off. I took a small peice off, like not even half a square and broke it into smaller peices and put it in my wax warmer to see if it gives off a scent. YES YES YES it did give off a scent. My Apartment smelled really nice but damn this was so strong for me to handle. I had to move this to the back bedroom. I did use the same Bakhoor a good 3 times and noticed the smell did ware off. So its good to use a few times before replacing it with some more. I also just put some Aluminum foil in my burner and then place the Bakhoor on it for easy clean up. The Bakhoor does not melt but rather it dries up and you have crumbled Bakhoor.

This is the second time I have purchased this incense. It's tops for an electric incense burner.

The media could not be loaded.  I like this scent it’s soft, light and fresh not too strong. It lingers after for a couple of hours. The scent is more on the feminine side, floral, citrus, fresh not too powdery. If you are from the west you will find it appealing if it’s your first time trying bakhoor. This form of bakhoor is easy to use and there are many different scents and brands. This nabeel brand is very reputable and they put out quality products. There are other forms or presentations of this type of incense. Oud- raw form of agar wood impregnated with resin. Bakhoor- powder wood and other ingredients soaked in oils and pressed into tablets. Mabsoos- agarwood small shavings soaked in oils. Muattar- agarwood chips that have been processed these have some tiny amounts of resin left in them then these are soaked in oils. Mamool- wood chips soaked in oil covered in sugar( these sugar coated ones smell sweet) on these, strong heat will caramelize them quick. You can use charcoal burners(traditional), electric burners(regulated and unregulated), diffusers/warmers heat source by tea light candle or light bulb. Bakhoor is not self burning it needs a heat source like raw resins. These tablets work best on warmers or electrical burners, charcoal drains them too quickly and won’t last as long.

I continue to purchase rouch Me Incense for the smell, money value and the relaxation of the scent.

Just ran out of my insence from Dubai and bought this to see what it was like. Just as good with an amazing aroma. Kind of expensive but it is worth it and you do not need a lot to make the room smell good. Each box looks like a brick of chocolate that you break a piece off to burn so you can break it to suit. Highly recommended
