Morey Cruiser 42.5" Body Board

I saw a lot of negative reviews after I purchased and tried to cancel it without succeeding. Thankfully, I received the item fast and opened up to make sure the description matched the product, it did! Due to the fact that some people reported not receiving the correct item or been so bad to go bad on the first day I was scared.I tested it the next day immediately at a reef beach break and managed to catch 3-foot waves constantly and I am 190 lbs. I did not manage to do any airs, so I do not know how good could be when landing.It does flex a lot because is not made out of PP but, didn't bend or snapped when I was putting some heavy pressure doing cuts and bottoms. I guess that for the price it's worth it. On the third day, the bottom had a bent line. It seems like it is not going to last long on me.I always try not to expose any bodyboard to the sun. I avoid it as much as I can because I do not know the quality of the bonding glue for the slick bottom and a lot of solar heat can definitely damage any bodyboard.If you take care of it will probably last a year o maybe less, who knows.If you are not a pro this is just right for you.

You get what you pay for....This is an okay entry level board. You are paying what amounts to a 20% premium for the Morey name. Which, over the long term, may be worth it? We shall see.It is extremely light weight. So much so, that I fear it will break at the first sign of adversity.It does look pretty cool though.Bottom line is, if you're looking for a board to do some serious shredding, look elsewhere. If you are looking for something to pass an hour at the Jersey shore, this is your ticket.

I bought 2 boards for my kids for Christmas. We started using it them this summer and my son's broke in half. Things break, I get it, but I was disappointed it broke so soon after we started using it. I immediately ordered another one for my son and within 1 hr of taking it to the beach, it developed a big bubble. I returned it. The next time we go to the beach, my son uses his sister's board because he no longer has one. Once again, this breaks in half. I understand that things break, but these boards cost $70 and they broke or something was wrong with them not long after I bought them. My older boards (different brand) that I have had for 5 years have never broken.

We ordered 2 of these boogie boards- after seeing lots of friends with them. Determined they were worth the money, easy to use, sturdy. Half way through our beach vacation one is peeling apart (the other one is fine). Amazon return window has closed- extremely disappointed given what we spent.

This board is a disappointment. I thought I was buying higher quality. It was to be: Eight-pound IXL top skin. instead I received XPE which is stated as "soft and light".This is a very lightweight foam board! I can find lightweight EPS core boards for half the price.My photo shows the various options. Seller should list this board as EPS core. It does not state this in the description.

80 $ for such a bad quality product is a lot!and I'm just 115 lbs so it's not the problem, it is made of polysterene that is the issue here I guess..

I bought this board as a gift for my husband. He took it to the beach for our vacation to North Carolina, where the waves were big and strong. The board held up great to quite a pounding, 7 days straight of being blasted by powerful waves. It did not bend, break, peel, chip, bubble, nothing at all. My husband is 6' 3" and about 170 pounds and this was a good size, great board for him. I am 5' 8" and I used it with ease as well. We look forward to using it on vacation again next summer. Highly recommend this!!!! In case you were curious about the colors shown, the solid color (ours was orange) is the top, and the rainbow swirl pattern is the bottom.
