I think it did what it was supposed to do, but I ended up light headed and dizzy before one week of use and I was drinking water.

Happy with this product in every way. I even like the packaging. The top has a flip-open section that usually makes it possible to dispense one capsule at a time. The protective coating means they don't "wake up" in your stomach, but actually make it to your intestines which is where you want them to remain and colonize.

Bought these due to the coating, hoping they would help in the lower gut. Did nothing, if fact sometimes they pass right through whole & undigested 12 hours later..

For someone who has issues swallowing pills, these are amazing. They are the largest pill I've ever swallowed. They have no taste and have caused no stomach discomfort. I was diagnosed with over active yeast and these have helped calm the symptoms I've had from that issue.

This stuff works great !I got a little gassy the first few days but my body adjusted and I've been fine since.

I've been taking them 25 days I don't notice any difference.
