As a muscular therapist I recommend heat for pain and these are incredible. Stays warm for over 12 hours. Stick right on skin for best results.

These heat patches work very well. Easy instructions, warm up to a comfortable heat within 20 minutes and retain their heat for several hours. I would like these to be a bit more adhesive as I need them for my shoulder which is a very mobile area. However they do stay in place. I will purchase again !

I have been using these heat pads for a couple of years now for muscle pain and they heat up hotter and to me they are more comfortable than the more expensive ones you stick to your skin. I have recommended them to other people as well who have also had good success with them. These instantly give off heat and last a long time. I can put one of these on before I go to bed and it’ll still be warm in the morning.I would recommend these for a flat surface of your body but not a curvy area like a shoulder where you have more movement because they are a bit stiff which is why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 rating.

Okay, so I really like Therma care becasue the wrap around keeps the heat where you want it. I found with these if I put them on my shirt, I did not feel the heat. I have arthritis pretty bad in my lower back which will give me trouble when I am trying to sleep. I don't feel comfortable using a heating pad to sleep on because so many of them can cause accidents. I put my thinking cap on and was trying to figure out how to make a waist belt that would hold these in place and thought of a money belt. I started searching on Amazon and found StashBandz Unisex Running Belt and it has pockets in front and back. I started using that to hold the heat packets and it works great. I like this better than Therma care and you cannot beat the price of these. Well, actually Walmart sells them cheaper.
