Lewisia 2W Solar Fountain Pump for Bird Bath Pool Pond Garden Decoration (2W)

I was excited to receive this solar-powered filter but have since become very disappointed. There is no storage in the panel and it really needs a lot of direct light to function. Recently it has been very cloudy. So the pump has not worked at all.

the water only goes like 2 cm and parts don't fir properly, probably I received missing parts.

Love this solar fountain. I’ve had other fountains that the solar panel floats in the water with the fountain. This is much better. The plat panel doesn’t get slimy from being in the water and you can put the fountain in the shade as the cord is long enough to have the panel in the sun. Highly recommend.

I was very excited to get this pump as the reviews were good but most wrote the review soon after recieving it. I wanted to give the pump a little time before reviewing it. The little pump was powerful and the solar battery worked as it was written. When full sun hit the cell, the pump worked full cycle, but when a cloud or anything covered even part of the cell, the pump either stopped or slowed which was fine because that is how this particular one works, no power is stored for cloudy days, but that is OK. . BUT, after the second week of having it, the pump quit working all together. Now, I can't tell if it is the pump or solar part. I think it is the solar cell, because I feel no vibration of the pump at all, which I take as no power being sent to the pump. Maybe it was just bad luck and this particular little solar pump was just a lemon. I have not written to the seller yet as I don't think I have any recourse and am passed the time of return. I will update review if I speak with the seller.Follow up:The 5 star is for the seller. After reading my review they sent me out a replacement before I contacted the. Fantastic seller and a great little solar pump.

I loved this solar fountain from the minute I got it! It worked like a dream and did exactly what I wanted it to do. So why only one star? Because I received it on May 20th. By mid June it glitched a couple of times and stopped working. I was able to get it going again so I figured it would be fine. June 23rd, four days after the Amazon return window closed, it stopped working for good. So I spent almost $25 to have a working fountain for a little over a month. I'm going to try and contact the seller and hopefully they will do something. I guess the gist of this review is if the pump stops working at all, return it before the window closes.Update: I contacted the seller and within a day they notified me that they had shipped a new unit. Excellent customer service!
