It arrived quickly and I'm happy enough with the product. It came well cushioned in its box, it's about the size of my hand but doesn't feel like it could break if you looked at it wrong. Worth mentioning that the fish isn't really inside of the glass, it's sort of pressed onto the other side of the pelican's bill, so from one side it looks as pictured but from the other side you just see a smooshed fishy. Still cute tho

I really like this pelican. It is tall, colorful, and well made. The packaging it arrived in was very secure. It even has a small base attached to the bottom of the pelican that helps the statue stay balanced with no wobbling. Mine was quite a bit different from the picture on Amazon, but not in a bad way - I've included a photo that shows the differences. The price on this was awesome compared to other very similar pieces, so this is a great deal.

The first one i orderes was broke. They replaced it fast and no problems with customer service. The fish is "glued" to one side. I thought it would be inside the glass.

My bff is fascinated with pelicans and loved it. Actually jumped for joy when she opened it as a present.

It was shaped in Neptune’s place circa 500 BC before being give to an Egyptian pharaoh named Raw-us-maximus as a wedding gift. The relic lay dormant among his vast wealth for a couple of centuries before being rediscover by a poor shoe cobbler who found it washed up on the beaches of Italy. He did not know of its extensive origin or its priceless value and gave it to a friend who haphazardly placed it for sales on Amazon. It is now mine and I can feel Poseidon’s Power coursing through my veins every time I stare deep into the glass birds eyes. This a 5 star item.

The fish inside the beak looks NOTHING like the photo. Even when turned around and lighted the fish is painted on the line where the beak closes instead of at the bottom so it looks nothing like the one I purchased.
