The Saint's Magic Power is Omnipotent (Manga) Vol. 1

I really like that the isekai protagonist is an older woman and very sensible in her actions, her sweet nature, and her kind heart. I also really like her love interest and the various people in the world. Its super interesting, endearing, and suprisingly funny. I am looking forward to reading the next one.

This manga is an obvious attempt to give adult woman the kind of fantasy fulfillment isekai that usually focuses on teenagers. That's an interesting premise, for sure, but the manga under-performed in my opinion. Sei, the main character, is calm and competent as a researcher in this new world. She doesn't react to much, and the job she has in this fantasy world is repetitious. The world itself is pretty bland and generic. Many of the male characters need more distinctive designs and personalities. There's a romance, but not much of one so far.Only recommended if you just have to have a manga with this premise, or if you strongly relate to Sei's business like personality.

Might be spoilers.....I have noticed the trend of more sekai manga/anime with heroines. This is one of them. It starts with dropping the heroine right into the new world. Not much back story on her at all to be honest. I do like how she approaches this new world and looks to educate herself, work, be useful, and just all around try to adapt to her surroundings. Good looking guys this could turn into a Reverse Harem if they start showing romantic interest in her.... The one small annoyance I have with her is she is constantly apologizing for things which are usually just her introducing something from "our" world into their world (like uses of seasonings in cooking). It is a "good" manga. The art is very nice the story is a little lean on details but hopefully the second manga will bring forth more information that takes it from good to great.

Il manga nei primi 4 numeri ricalca l'anime, ma è lo stesso molto bello. Di facile lettura anche per chi non è abituato a leggere testi in inglese.

I enjoyed the anime and decided to read the manga which is enjoyable. I read from the author’s notes that the novel upon which the manga is based does not emphasize the romantic aspects of the story as do the anime and the manga.
