Run. Most over priced joke. I rolled the dice and lost. I've been involved in the vitamin/supplement culture for over 20 years. A good multi- vitamin/supplement can be felt. This did nothing.

Love this liquid multi vitamin, not only is it NON-GMO and vegetarian, but it's made right here in the USA, which is really important to me when purchasing supplements. I want to know that what I put into my body has to pass strict FDA standards, and not produced in countries with lax regulations. There are no synthetic ingredients, just pure natural fruits and veggies that make absorption and digestion much easier on the body.I keep this in my fridge next to my milk so I remember to take it every day, unlike the pills I used to take when I could remember to take them. The liquid is pleasant tasting and goes down easy, and the directions say to take it with 8 oz of water. I prefer to take my Youth Path multi vitamin in the morning to reap the benefits of the energy boost it gives me. I will be honest. I am not good at remembering to take my vitamins. I am turned off by the size and quantity of the pills along with the after taste. I have tried chewables, gummies, tablets…you name it, I have tried it. Liquid vitamins was a new concept that I was willing to try out. Advanced Liquid Multivitamin conquered my two biggest vitamin issues – taste and texture. The dosage is 1 ounce (2 TABLESPOONS) which I measure using a shot glass. The liquid is a dark forest green color and there is no “chunks” or “lumps” just a smooth consistency. Due to the natural properties of this vitamin you will need to refrigerate after opening. This is also a benefit because it enhances the flavor of the vitamins so it is pleasant and not a “vitamin” taste at all. What it actually tastes like is a combination of spinach (or similar greens) with a slight tangy citrus lemon taste at the very end. The instructions says you can mix with water or juice. I do not find this necessary myself but I do drink water afterwards for health reasons not to “wash” any flavor away from the vitamin. I experienced no heart burn or reflux afterwards either which I sometimes get with other vitamins. Important to note that these vitamins do not contain any sugar, artificial flavors/colors, gluten, soy or milk derivatives, wheat, yeast, starch, casein, or salt. I found this to be a quick addition to my morning routine and can say that after a few days I am feeling the benefits.Disclosure: I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review. I have been taking vitamins daily but not a multivitamin. I was given the opportunity to try this product at a discounted price for my honest unbiased review. I was a bit sceptical when trying this I have tried the gummies whick I'm not a fan of they leave a taste in your mouth I'd rather a pull and I usually end up just swallowing the gummies without chewing them so I don't have to taste them and that's what I was concerned about this the liquid vitamin was the after taste. I take this vitamin in a shot glass and then continue taking the rest of my medications go the day with water I usually drink 8oz of water when taking my medications. The taste isn't bad it's sweet and tang the color isn't to appealing it's a greenish brown but it's a multivitamin not a shot of tequila :). I store it in the fridge now that's it's been open and it's a nice big bottle so the price is right for this item will last at least a month. I am a usual vitamin taker so I don't see a boost of energy like other people may experience but if I stopped taking my vitamins I'm sure I would notice it then.

I love trying new healthy supplements, drinks, superfoods, and things of the such. Everyone should I expect...This particular complex is quite good - I noticed an immediate change in mood and energy. I could go into the benefits of many of the ingredients in this formula but I won't... let's just say it has a bit of everything. The researchers have done their work!Highly recommended.
