I use this for 2 of my kids. One is a teenager and one is 9. I just used it once last night and the teenager has never been a good sleeper and has used melatonin for awhile now. The 9 year old is HFA. Now, it's just been one night, but the teenager hates it and choked it down using a straw because of how sweet it is. The 9 year old didn't mind, but agreed it was really sweet. I took a small sip and it's really sweet. However, the teenager was out like a light and slept better than just his regular 3mg melatonin and the HFA child woke up to use the restroom but normally needs to do some head banging stimming to go back to sleep and didn't need to last night. That's HUGE. He woke up alert and hasn't had a headache today from poor sleep. I'll keep using it, but for crying out loud, it's too sweet.

I drink a cup of this almost every night. I can definitely tell the difference in my sleep, particularly my ability to fall asleep, when I don't drink it. It is a little sweet, but I just add a little more water to it. It does contain stevia and some people do not like the taste of that sweetener. I don't mind it.

Used twice so far. Very sweet, but not sickening so. Heavy stevia taste and aftertaste which I despise. Works really well so far to initially put me to sleep which is a plus, but not helpful to stay asleep. Wake up several times throughout the night.I don’t think I will be repurchasing when this container is empty.

Please do not expect this to taste good. I put it in coffee with creamer and was still gross. Can't get past the taste yo use in anything else

Surprised by the reviews regarding the flavor or over sweetness of this powder. I didn't experience that, but what I did notice was the smell. It wasn't unpleasant or pleasing, just very noticeable and different. Since Vital Proteins stopped making the Pink Poosh, I was looking for an alternative. The Bulletproof was helpful and combined with ashwaganda gummies really helped me relax and fall asleep.
