Not the best build quality - feels sorta cheap - but a great way to control your dog without choking him or her.

The main reason it gets 5 stars? I haven't snapped my little girl's fur in it! Yep, guilty. I always have tried my best to pull pack their fur when snapping on the collars that we have used in the past but they have so much hair that I did get a chunk of hair from time to time. Its tough because I wanted to keep it tight on them but it was so hard to get it to snap without grabbing some hair. It broke my heart. I reallllly like that this is snap free! It has saved me from worrying about hurting my little girls.The 1" thickness is great for catching on them when they try to pull. Our girls are the same size but it is a great collar for dogs of many sizes given that it can tighten close to all the way around the collar and loosen to the full length of the loop. There is a bit of a learning curve as when I looked at it for the first time I thought "Okay, you can figure this out common". A photo or instruction sheet inside of the package would be a nice touch for those of us that are new to the non-snap collar world. But it didn't take me long to figure out so I didn't ding a star, maybe the company can include this with their packaging in the future.Great product overall. Have had it for about a week and a half now and used it for both dogs as I walk them one at a time and it has held up great with pulls, tugs, and more!I received product free or heavily discounted in exchange for a honest review. This collar is great if you have a larger dog. I have a 11lb dog and this was way too big. The nylon is very sturdy and it would be very difficult to rip or cut through it. It should stay in place nicely. This collar looks a lot like the collars you would find at a pet specialty store. When I first got this, I thought it'd be great for people with hand disabilities. No buckles or clips to deal with. Just adjust to pup's neck, slip over the head, readjust to fit securely and go.But I don't like the fact that I'm essentially CHOKING my pup with it when he wears it. There were NO instructions with it, so I'm not sure if it's I'm putting it ON wrong or if this is how it's supposed to work.This is also aimed for larger dogs. My Chihuahua mix Chase was swimming in this. If any of you who read this and care about we who are contemplating putting this device on our family pet, PLEASE post a Video. ACTUALLY PUTTING IT ON? Maybe even a Clip while walking since 1 person remarked, it "CHOKED" their dog.
