Q: How do they work? Do you put the sticker on the inside of the hole?

It’s just like a sticker. You place the patch over the hole and it sticks on. They work great!

Q: How do you prepare the jacket before putting on the patch?

I didn’t prepare anything other than push the feathers back into the holes I planned to patch. I put the patch on in early December and they still look as good now as the first day I applied them. That may change once I wash the jacket.
