Zephyr AK1200B Breeze 30" Black Under Cabinet Range Hood

We ordered the Breeze II based on the reviews, the color options and the 400 CFM rating. It arrived timely and in good shape. But...when I went to install it I discoverd that it had only two options for exhausting to the outside: a top 10"x3.25" opening-1/2" from the wall, and a rear one the same size. I was replacing a GE unit that exhausted from the top using a 7" round opening in the center of my cabinet and turning 90 degrees to a 7" horizontal opening through the exterior wall. Despite exploring every adapter available, I could not adapt the Breeze's 10"x3.25" vertical exhaust to my 7" horizontal opening. I had to re-install the GE.We contacted Amazon who put us in touch with evVive Home-the seller- to arrange a return. Because I had opened the top rear exhaust port and extended the wiring, they would not accept a return.So before you order this (or any) unit MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GETTING INTO. Find out what your current model exhaust configuration is and make sure what you buy will work with it.I have mine-brand new-for sale. Wanna' buy it??
