The best GF flour I ever used and will ever use
I tried many GFflour for my son, this one is the best. It works for pancake, brownies, cake, cookies, muffins… it give awesome results. I add flaxseed in warm water and apple purée for egg replacement and add psyllium husk for gluten. Add cream of tartar for cookies in it and of course baking powder and soda for baking in all of the recipes. It is an equivalent of regular flour. Will not use any other flour! My search for a good GF flour is done!

I like that this is sorghum-based
So many gluten free flour blends do not contain any whole grain flour. I like that the main ingredient in this is sorghum flour - a flour that, I read, is more like using all-purpose wheat-based flour. This whole year, our local grocery store hasn't had much gluten-free flour on their shelves. So, we buy this in bulk now and store the extra bags in the freezer until needed, one at a time. We weigh it out in grams for accurate measurement, and I haven't had any issues with it. It works just like conventional all-purpose flour... except for making baked goods rise.

my search is over
I have tried several gluten free flours. My search is over! I've made gluten free sandwich loaf, pancakes (the absolute best) and hands down the only flour I will ever use again for gluten free scones. texture perfection. None better. I like all Krusteaz products and this one does not disappoint. My search is over. For the scones, I use King arthurs gluten free scones recipe, substitute cinnamon for nutmeg, add cinnamon chips instead of dried fruit...press it into an 8" cake pan, cut into 8 wedges, , top with cream and turbinado sugar freeze for 1 hour, pop in hot oven 400 degrees for 25 minutes.....WOW! no way to tell they're gluten free.
