Q: How do you clean them so you can use facially?

It's better not to use it on your face. Soak body in warm water for 10 minutes and use to exfoliate.

Q: is the large green the same material as small green? does it work the same?

Yes it is and yes it does. I like the size. So I first ordered small ones without realizing it’s size and then ordered the large ones. I like them more actually, mostly cuz it’s convenient
