I got two of these and they were great for the price, they are waterproof and heat insulated so great for drinks etc.

One of the few panniers that has thermal insulation which was what we were looking for. Its fully featured and fairly robust. Where it is not so great is the fixing. On my fold up bike it's not easy to get the straps under the rack so we have had to modify ourselves to bring the fixing to the side rather than underneath which involved some sewing. Other than that it's been a good buy.

The velcro straps are too short as I need them to go underneath the battery, as well as the rack.I've had to secure it with bungies, so not ideal!

This is a well made product overall and well designed for the most part. The water bottle holder could be a fraction larger. The way it fastens to the bike needs a redesign. The bag is clearly made to be removed from the bike but the way it is secured to the bike is not. I made some modifications to this that resolved this issue by replacing the velcro with clips sp now it's easy to fasten to the bike and take off. Pity it's not done by design.

I've found this to be a useful pannier bag. I swap it between some panniers that drap either side of my rear wheel as it's smaller and lighter.I put a metal flask in yhe bottle holder and have carried a variety of different things in the main compartment, from a loaf of bread to cameras.The rear light holder is useful too.It can be a little tricky for me to fit the bag on the rack, but that's more of a reflection of the rack I have and me wanting to steal the bag in place carefully.I have noticed that some reviews have mentioned that they dispute the capacity of the bag. Well I guess this depends on how you measure things. There is the capacity of the main pouch to consider, but also you need to account for the bottle pocket, the pocket on top and the bungee part on top of that. 10l sounds about right.I have have my flask bounce out a couple of times. With this in mind, I double back the cord over the top of it and the flask stays in place.The insulating of the bag in fine. I haven't carried much to date which needed to stay cool or hot to prove it, but I know the type from the Aldi bags and those are effective for keeping things either cool or hot.
