Ive bought 2 other beach blankets before this one. The first one was very light, which seemed ok for the beach but when the sun would beat down it would stick to your skin pretty bad. After getting ripped by some glass shards, i had to get a replacement which led to my 2nd beach blanket purchase. When i purchased my second one the appearance looked far superior and costed an extra ten bucks, however when it arrived it was the same story. It felt a bit too thin and had a bad hook system to hold it down, it did the job for a while but ultimately i wanted something better for the cost.Finally that leads me to this beach blanket.This beach blankets hits just about every mark. At times i wish it was a bit smaller but at other times i appreciate the size especially since it has better grounding systems to handle it. It has the 6 beach sand pockets which make a huge difference on their own, i use them everytime at the beach and use the stakes when i use this at the park, never had any problems at all. With the other 2 beach blankets also felt a bit too thin during rough winds and stick to skin but not with this one as far as ive been able to see. Its light weight and also fits in a very small bag. The small bag is great when you have to do the initial trek from your car to your beach spot, when your hands are busy holding other items, Its also very easy to fold once youre all done. This beach blanket was a bit cheaper then the other ones and includes the beach pockets which have to be hands down my favorite thing about this product. I recommend everybody try it if you need one

After looking at plenty of options, this one had everything I was looking for. Lightweight, large size, sand proof, water resistant, zippered pockets for sand anchoring or storage, and stakes if needed. No other that I saw had all those features. Multiple ways to anchor are very useful on windy days and you can fold it in half if you don't want to use the full size. This has been great on the beach and on grass. We've even used it as a playmat on top of a dirty hotel carpet for our daughter to crawl around on. Packs down easily into the attached bag - there are instructions how to best fold it but I can usually fold, roll and stuff it in the bag easily enough. Once in the bag, it is small and light enough that I keep it in my car at all times.On top of the great product, customer service was super helpful and responsive when I had a question about my order. You won't be disappointed!

I liked this sand blanket. It’s very light and covers enough space for one and maybe two. I can’t see getting four people on it but gave me plenty of room to lay down and stretch out. Bonus, also used it with beach chair clips on the side of our awning to block out the sun in the evening. Even more, was super simple to shake the sand out, fold up and get back into the provided carry bag. I thought that would be impossible but it wasn’t. I’d buy another one of these.

This item was as expected. I read reviews and description prior to purchase so I knew what to expect. I got this to attend a concert where we were to have lawn seating. This was great to put under our lawn chairs. It easily brushed clean of dirt and a little mud. In a sense, I was expecting a plastic tarp situation and this is what it is so if looking for different quality material, this will not work for you. Due to the nature of how we were using this item, we did not get to test the stakes or little pouches to put some weights in as we didn't need to utilize. Item is compact and bag is attached to item. When concert was over, it was a mad dash that we didn't expect that everything got stuffed into a bag (didn't get to fold properly). We unfortunately misplaced item after the concert so unable to test again. This is something that I would purchase again for usability and investment value.

It was great for all to sit. It was enough room for 3 toddlers and 3 standard adults to share. Make sure to use the equipment to hold it down for those windy days at the beach. The material was lighter than expected, but durable. Easy to clean and the quality was that of a light tarp.

Definitely does it’s job - good beach blanket. Was a little skeptical when first opening - it feels like a parachute and felt like it could easily rip. However, it stayed dry and sand was easily shaken off. Liked the zipper pouches that could be filled with sand. It was difficult to use the stakes as they didn’t always stay put in the sand. The sand filled zipper pouches kept it in place though. Really nice size too. Was big enough for my 3 teenage girls to spread out on.
