These are amazing!!!! I have RA and deal with restless leg. My feet and legs are constantly tingling and go numb. Putting these in my shoes makes it feel like the pressure points in my foot are continuously triggered giving me ongoing relief. They do initially hurt a bit, but in a good way if that makes sense to those that experience regular foot and leg pain. I’m super impressed with the quality and how they feel so far. Actually getting some sensation and circulation increasing just a bit after a short time of wearing. Hoping improvements continue long term!! Definitely happy with the purchase!!(Note: I am a true 7.5 women’s and ordered a 7.5. They are spot on with sizing).

put in pair of slippers or sandals and stand for several minutes - feels great on the feet. Tried to walk - don't recommend that - or at least do just very short walks across a room - but does feel great on the feet. It is great relief.

I found them very difficult/painful to wear for any length of time . I started having issues w my legs (don’t know if related to product?), but stopped using them.

Can't even step on them, they hurt so bad not worth buying

These are great to put over top of my high arch insoles for some extra massage pressure. I wear them at home in my slippers with socks. I don't find them uncomfortable, but if you're not used to intense foot massage you'll probably need to get used to them. I have plantar fascitis, neuropathy, and restless leg, and trigger point massage is always soothing. I've tried acupressure slippers but the arches are never high enough to provide pressure where I really need it. These do the trick nicely. I'd think they would need to be used over your preferred insole to really provide any support as they are just very thin flexible silicone material with rounded stones imbedded. They seem reasonably sturdy. Most types of over the counter insoles need to be replaced every few months depending on use & I won't be surprised if these also need periodic replacement. Pet owners be aware that hair likes to cling to these (glad they're washable)!

Thought only one but the 2 were stuck together. Like them very much. Bonus: Not as painful as expected.

Hasn’t fallen apart and stays clean . Great value & good material. I would recommend this for disabilities and people who use walkers like me.

Very disappointed. I have been looking for a massage insole for a long time. I have also tried buying ones that claim to be massage insoles, but they are just soft insoles.First, the bumps in this insole are made of small stones. But the stones are too small. They do not work at all to stimulate the soles of the feet.I use it in running shoes for walking. But basically, the situation is similar with or without this insole. And the edge of the insole will make you feel a cutting pain. The other parts of the insole don't feel anything.However, if you have very sensitive soles, it might be useful for you.

Having read previous reviews I understood that there would be pain, however, some said it would get better but NO.... I think it's gotten worse... I persevered every day for 4 days for 10 minutes and can't bear it!I feel like I've completely wasted my money.
