I will never buy it again. Can't take it the taste is bad!! Super bitter taste i can't drink it..And there is no return policy. This is waste of money.

Great taste, good pump, I mix it with nutricost citrulline powder before my workout for a little extra added pump. Great for late nights or if you really wanna focus on doing your workout slow calm and controlled compared to an intense workout with caffeine. I also use this pre workout on late nights when I don’t wanna be up all night or on active rest days where I am trying to improve my mobility and injuries. It allows me to be focused and be in the zone but without caffeine energy because I feel as if I do not need caffeine to stretch ☺️ it taste good and works wells, good servings for the price. My package didn’t come damaged , opened or anything like that. Quality control was good over here! Definitely worth a shot if you want to try something new for a good price 😁

Does the product do what it is intended to do? Absolutely. There is nothing wrong with it, but that flavor makes me gag. It isn't that it's sour, or tastes like gummy bears, it is that it tastes like what burned hair smells like. Try their other products, they're amazing.

I have tried multiple flavors of Big Noise, andSour Gummy seems to be an acquired taste.It’s not bad, but it tastes like grapefruit or something that needs sugar. Next time I will buy a different flavor
