Works great

Inexpensive, long-lasting.I bought the last one in 2014 to keep hot water from self-circulating except when power is applied. The hot water is just unfiltered city water and after 9+ years it finally got filled with so much scale it couldn't close.A real workhorse.

I bought this open box seem to be fine, but I missed that went in was bent and would not thread on, after tapping the thread it worked properly, but keep in mind this was an open boxed and was installed by someone or was just damaged during shipment but a value

This product is working great and has been in service for over a month now. The power leads are only 6 inches long and will most likely have to be spliced for most applications.

It is very loud when it turns on. I am using it for a hot water recirc line in my house and is installed in the crawlspace under the house and I can hear it turn on from the other side of the house! If it wasn't so loud when it turns on I would give it 5 stars because it is built very well.Update 1/1/2018: The valve failed after only 2 years so I changed my review to 1 star. I took it apart and cleaned it (it wasn't that dirty) but the coil will not pull in the valve. Valve will not open. I am using it for hot water re-circulation and it is not on a lot. Only for short periods throughout the day. I will contact Baco to see what their warranty is. I will not buy again.

Interface this valve with an Smart control device so it can be used with voice control "hey goodle.... :-). Works much better than the Smart Valve type, which if the electronics went bad, the whole smart valve got to be replaced.

Works perfectly as it should. No complaints here. I use it inside on a water line for my smokehouse. I installed two and both are working fine after three years of heavy commercial use.
