Initially I was somewhat dubious about this mask. However as I had no option and needed to weld something I used it and it actually worked very well. Decent value for money.

I've been putting off getting my husband a new welding helmet for fear of getting wrong one but this "shyosucce" he says is lightweight, quality and comfortable, so it's thumbs up all round and I can breathe a sigh of relief. Not the cheapest but you only get what you pay for! Would certainly recommend.

The first time I've used one of these automatic welding shields, easy to use and light. don't know how long it would last but for general DIY use it's great.

This helmet worked fine at first, but after about a month of use It stopped working, Wouldn't auto darken. I tried every setting combination of delay and sensitivity, tried the test button, still no joy. no low battery warning. Just doesn't work anymore. Feel like I am going blind after use. unfortunately AMAZON return policy stated that it needs to be returned in same condition it was delivered. How can I do that? I have used it as intended. I threw the box away (sick of boxes cluttering up the house). my last helmet lasted over 5 years before it went faulty and I expected the same of this.Come on AMAZON tools are meant to be used and if they go faulty after intended use they should be able to be returned.
