Perfect for novice swimmer
I purchased two of these for my daughters and they are a must have for little ones who haven’t yet learned to swim. My girls are 2 and 5 (38 lbs and 48 lbs) and the jackets worked great for both with room to grow. They were able to jump in the deep pool and swim all over with no worries. The shoulder straps on these are great for keeping it in place. This design is far superior to the traditional life jacket which has a strap going between the legs and caused severe irritation for my daughter. These don’t rub or irritate the skin at all. I highly recommend!

Fits a 60 lb 6 year old
This puddle jumper type life jacket fits well and has plenty of room for my 60lb 6yr old. We have had it for almost a year and it still fits her. I think it will fit her for another year.

Comfortable Life Jacket for Kids!
Bought this for my 8 year old niece on a recent trip and it works like a charm! Granted this is recommended for toddlers, but I bought it based on the weight limit and it still works great! She felt comfortable and swam on the deep end without any issues. The design is super cute as well and I imagine she will get good use of it for a solid 1-2 years before she outgrows it.

AWFUL!
I think that all the 5 star reviews are from people who never owned a real puddle jumper. These are junk. It’s not even comparable. The fabric is cheap and rough and the foam is all wonky. Your kid will be swimming all around in this and I guarantee it will chaff them. Do your kiddos a favor and spend the extra couple bucks and get them a puddle jumper.

Best life vest for our in ground pool !
Love this product ! Fits my 7 year old little girlWith room to spare and grow . The mermaid design is adorable . It allows her to move freely while keeping her afloat ! Very happy with it .

Protection that you need
This life jacket was great for using in the pool for my little one. She loved the colors and the fit was great. It has great flotation and even gave her enough confidence to move around in the deeper section of the pool. She even started moving her legs and hands in a swimming movement.
