Bought for a friend of mine who's stroller looks identical to the one in the picture and the rain guard was too small. She still managed to barely use it as a just incase thing.

This cover is about 6 - 8 inches short of being able to fully cover my city select double stroller. I had both my kids front facing at disney and my daughters feet got soaked because it didn't extend far enough forward. No amount of adjusting would keep it over her feet. We eventually covered her shoes in a plastic bag. Also, when we covered the stroller and left it a puddle of water formed in the front seat foot rest (again because it was much too short). Also, it's incredibly difficult to get the kids in and out. There should be a zipper or velcro to let the kids out of the side or something. You essentially have to lift the entire cover off to get them out. I hate writing bad reviews, but this one fell real short on expectations.

Fits on baby trend double sit and stand stroller (I don't know if it would work with the baby carseats but it looks like there is enough space under the cover for them to fit.). I have used this in the rain and it keeps the kids and stroller dry. I have also used it on a cold, windy day; it keeps the kids from getting hit with too much cold wind.
