Having the UV light in an air purifier of this price point is a major BONUS. The filter is nicely designed but I would have liked to see activated charcoal or carbon impregnated wrap on the filter to help remove unwanted smells in the air. I suppose the designers felt the UV light might help with that, but I really like carbon filters wrapped on the outside of the main filter. They catch the bigger pieces of debris and dust and make your actual filter last a tad longer. It has a built-in timer that will run it from 1 to 24 hours if you want to set it and leave.All in all this is a nice air purifier although it does get a bit loud over the #3 speed.

This is an update on my previous review. The customer service department is really great. They read my review and reached out to us and offered to replace the air purifier that was making a bit of noise and shaking. They told us they fixed the issues and as far as we can tell the issues are fixed. The new purifier is working really well. It does not make noise or shake. The company said they learn from all the reviews and try to fix the issues accordingly. We believe they will fix any issues and they gave us an extended warranty, very nice! We bought this because my husband and I both have allergies and the description and design was appealing. The look is nice kind of smoth and quiet. If you have any issues let the company know and they will fix it for you.

We are pleased with our purchase of the Fiwotta Air purifier. It was easy to get started - the book of instructions are easy to understand. It is such a pleasure to have this in our home as it not only purifies our the air we breath, but it also helps with other orders in the home including those from the kitchen. It's worth every penny.

The media could not be loaded.  From the second I took it out the box, it had a horrible clicking/whirring noise for level 4 and 5. Check the video to see what I mean. I checked for obstructions multiple times and there were none, the fan is just defective.UPDATE 10/17Customer Service reached out and replaced the item for free. The new one has been working perfectly with 0 issues. Thank you for reaching out and making it right!

Helped our cat with asthma

I've been looking for an air purifier for quite some time. I've bought smaller ones and have been consistently disappointed. This one did not disappoint. On the automatic setting you can't even tell its running the unit is so quiet. At the higher levels it sounds like a fan and can just hear the air moving. Breathing in our house has become so much easier. No longer do smells linger. This was extremely useful during a recent home renovation. Kept the air clean.

The control panel went out after three months of use. I contacted the company and they would not replace it or refund my purchase price.Unless they make it right I will not purchase anything else from them or recommend this company
