Hi Junior, Many thanks for your enquiry; these are passive speakers, so have connections for bare speaker cable. In this particular design, the connections are protected within the wall brackets. Q: I didn't get the screws for the bracket. Looked everywhere inside box, not there. Could someone please tell me what to get?

Call Bowers & Wilkins. They have good customer service. I used drywall screws to secure them to the ceiling on the deck.

Q: Just received mine. Can't mount them? The the wrench for the mount screw & screws to attach the mount are missing. Not a good start for $700 Speakers.

Not worth using anyway! Get some good quality anchor bolts with quality screws. I threw mine away when I saw the quality.
