A great tool to become more connected to yourself!
I really enjoyed this book! It is a great, easy read with good advice on how to become friends with yourself! I am a Wellbeing Coach with focus on Stress Management. This book is a great tool to create greater awareness with yourself and to assess and validate your feelings without criticizing or being judgmental. It also takes away the stressors of being a failure when meditating does not give you the success or satisfaction right away. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to explore mindfulness and/or want to be more connected with themselves.

WELL WORTH READING
This book is very clearly written and easy to understand. It has the best explanation of mindfulness I've ever read. He really makes you want to try mindfulness and makes it easy to try and not to be scared of. Highly recommend this book - best book on Mindfulness.
