This works great and is so easy. It has several modes and the rechargeable on-off and stimulation level, keeps a charge for well of 2 hours. It’s small enough to use at work or in the car or wherever but works great.

When I purchased this product, I was hopeful that it would be easier to use than my current T.E.N.S. unit which is difficult to place at the back of my neck without assistance.This product would NOT ADHERE to my skin.Unfortunately, I did not try it out before the return window had expired... (Traveling, Family Obligations, etc.)Once I did try it, it was useless.So I am stuck with a joke of a product. Don't make the same mistake.

Pros--rechargeable-small-easy to put in place with one handCons--changing settings resets intensity so you have to ramp it back up again-remote is not always responsive, you have to keep jamming the up button to ramp it up.

DISAPPOINTED, BUTTONS STICK, NO INDICATORS, I TURNED IT ON, 3 MIN OF TRYING TO GET A SIMPLE FIRST TIME USE,,, ALL OF A SUDDEN, i WAS ZAPPED!! my heart went into overdrive.. this was dangerous!!DEVICE DOEN'T OPPERATE AS DESCRIBED!! BUTTONS STICK!!! SO THERE IS NOT AFFECTIVE WAY OF OPERATING THIS BY REMOTE OR THE MOTHER SHIP. I'VE WASTED DAYS OF MY TIME AND ENERGY. I PRAY TO GET A FULL REFUND OR I'LL DISPUTE AS THIS IS MAY BE 1 SINGLE DEFECTIVE ITEM, OR .. THERE IS NOT TOLL FREE NUMBER; I suppose, I should JUMP A FLIGHT AND CALL FROM GERMANY OR UK!! Im returning this product, as it doesnt opperate correctly, and could be potentially an issue. I'm returning for full refund; OH< THEY OFFER TO SEND A REPLACEMENT, PUT IM GUESSING THAT I'LL HAVE TO PAY POSTAGE TO RETURN. WELL, I'M NOT INTERESTED.. SO MANY RED FLAGS; ILL DISPUTE WITH MY CC CO AND LET THE HANDLE. I'm sad! What should have been a happy experience, bringing relief to my back pain, has now turned into a nightmare. It is just a little trickle not enough to make it feel like it is doing anything.

I found that you can cut them between the pad areas and the still work perfectly.

Unless you are an experienced TENS user and can intuit how this works, this is definitely not for you because the written Instruction Manual is often incomprehensible. Here is a section from Features: "Using light and durable silk screen printing, the current effective conduction to patch attached..." Huh? For Charging: "Making the three main machines (?) connect to the USB cable to charge them." Even after muddling my way through to a decent session, I' m not sure what "mode" I'm on or where the frequency is. Only one side of the pad operates. I'm not sure whether it's designed that way or it's a defect. I suspect defect. Don't encourage crap like this.
