Shoes look good but I was sent the wrong shoe size. Don't understand why I takes Amazon longer to process a return than it does sending a new pair

The shoes looked really good and light weight but they sent me the wrong size…..I issued a return and now waiting for a refund.UPDATE:Wrong size sent again…..I asked for a size 43EU and they sent me a size 42.5 even though I mentioned in the comments size 43EU and choose size 43EU.
